NAYLOR CLAYWARE
Manufacturers of clay drainage products- both the traditional offering of sewer pipes for open trench installation as well as various specialist products:
Open cut sewer pipes:
- Densleeve (DN100-300 plain end)
- Denseal (DN150-600 socket/spigo
Specialist products:
- Denlok (DN150-700) jacking pipes for trenchless installation
- Denduct and Denline (DN100-300) cable ducts and perforated pipes for use on motorway/road construction and land drainage
- Drainage (DN100-600) and Industrial Ceramics- high performance pipes and chemical stoneware products for use in aggressive environments
- Band Seal (DN28-2000)- versatile, flexible couplings for jointing pipes in a variety of materials
A separate activity, the Yorkshire Flowerpot Company manufactures frost proof decorative ceramic pots, which are principally sold through independent garden centres
NAYLOR PLASTICS
Since its formation in 2000, Naylor has developed a substantial plastic pipe arm, with a particular focus on the ducting and land drainage markets:
Ducting:
- Twin wall duct (DN40-178): the company is a major manufacturer of twin wall duct in both coils and sticks and a in full range of colours to meet NJUG requirements
- Access boxes: HDPE chamber sections are manufactured in one piece for high strength and rigidity together with covers and frames
- Solid wall and GP duct- to complement our Twin wall offering
Land drainage:
- The company manufactures land drainage from DN60-160, both perforated and unperforated
- Coloured land drainage is available on request
Specialist products:
- A new acquisition in Tipton in the West Midlands allows Naylor to offer smaller diameter and bespoke product runs.
