PPG25 states that
every new development should undergo a flood risk
assessment before submission for planning permission
and promotes the use of 'Substainable Urban Drainage
Systems' (SUDs) to achieve this.
The content of this website is based on Naylor's
solutions to stormwater management and products
related both to controlling flash flooding and
recycling/reusing rain water (water harvesting).
Current guidance/legislation promotes a more sustainable approach to drainage design replicating nature.
