The Naylor DENSEAL underground drainage system consists of DN150, 225, 300, 375, 400, 450, and 500 socketed pipes (plus DN200 and DN250 for continental use) and a comprehensive range of fittings, with flexible, mechanical joints which are particularly suitable for foul sewerage and surface water as well as road drainage.
When installed in accordance with the sitework instruction the Naylor Denseal System meets the latest technical requirements of the Building Regulations, BS 8005 and 8301.
Structural Performance
Denseal pipes can usually be laid either directly on a hand-trimmed, natural trench bottom, or with only minimum beddings. Selected excavated material is often a suitable backfill.
Availability - UK
Denseal is available either directly from the manufacturer, from Naylor stocking depots or from hundreds of Merchant Stockists throughout Britain - contact Naylor Sales Department for details or visit our Marketing page.
Overseas
Naylor drainage products are exported throughout the world. Pipes are suitably packed or crated and delivery can be by containers as well as by conventional shipping services. Stocks are held by Agents or distributors in several countries - contact the Naylor Export Department for details or visit our Marketing page
Advantages
The flexible joints ensure that the pipeline will accommodate minor settlement and ground movement - without failure. Vitrified clay pipes and fittings are rigid and do not distort under loading. Their high inherent strength ensures stability under even the highest loadings.Denseal pipes and "O" ring joints are unaffected by chemicals and bacteria normally found in sewage and have high resistance to attack from aggressive soils. Special purpose "O" ring elastomers can also be supplied on request. The Denseal system is extremely durable. For design purposes, a vitrified clay pipeline can be considered to have unlimited life. Denseal pipes and joints will not distort, soften or embrittle, even when subject to extremes of temperature likely to be experienced in service.
Short Lengths
Pipes are available in 0.6m and other lengths are available on request. These are particularly useful as rocker pipes building into manholes and other structures.
